What should and should not be done on the skin after eyebrow plaque?

Many people are unaware of the do's and don'ts for skin care after eyebrow-plaque.  Here are some tips on what to look for and strategy to help ease the way.  Those issues are mentioned here.

After plucking the eyebrows, the face should be washed with cold water.  It will shrink open pores and remove redness of the skin.  If you feel a burning sensation on the skin, you can apply aloe vera gel or rose water.

As soon as possible after plucking the eyebrows should be avoided from strong sunlight.  Hot steam and chlorinated water should also be avoided for the next 24 hours.  The skin becomes very sensitive after the eyebrow plaque.  So sunburn, overheating and chlorinated water can cause skin irritation.

It is better not to touch those parts of the skin again and again after the plaque.  This is because after this the bacteria spread in the hand.  And since the pores open up after the plaque, the risk of infection is also higher.

You should also avoid using makeup for the next 24 hours after the plaque.  Night creams or anti-aging creams should also be avoided.  Because heavy cream can lead to clogging of open pores.

However, if the skin becomes overly dry, a burning sensation may occur.  Therefore, a mild moisturizer should be applied.
